Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Square) — we do not store your card numbers. Like most websites, we also use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta pixel) to understand how the site is used.
To prepare quotes, fulfill orders, plan and staff your events, respond to you, and send you service communications about your order or event. We send marketing only where you have separately agreed to it.
No mobile information, mobile opt-in information, or text-messaging consent will be shared with, sold to, or provided to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or data brokers.
If you give us your mobile number, we use it to contact you about an order, quote, or event you asked us about — including by phone call when that is faster — and, for IndAroma employees, to send login codes and work schedule and operational messages. We share your information with service providers strictly to the extent they need it to serve you: Twilio Inc. (SMS and voice), our payment processors, and our hosting and analytics providers. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information.
